Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the website and services of Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, guardians, and others who access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or agree to these Terms on behalf of a minor child. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center provides specialized education and therapeutic services for children with special needs. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Special education programs
• Therapy services (speech, occupational, behavioral)
• Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Parent support and training
• Early intervention programs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content.

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or progress for any student. Each child's development depends on numerous factors including their individual abilities, consistency of therapy, and home support.

We reserve the right to determine whether we can appropriately meet a child's needs and may decline enrollment if we believe we cannot provide suitable services.

Enrollment at Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center is subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of all application forms and documentation
• Assessment of the child's needs and capabilities
• Availability of space in appropriate programs
• Payment of applicable fees and deposits
• Submission of medical records and assessment reports
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any applicant at our discretion.

If you wish to withdraw your child from our program, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. Tuition fees for the notice period are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy outlined in the enrollment agreement.

All fees for services are outlined in the enrollment agreement and are subject to change with prior notice. Fees may include:

• Tuition costs
• Therapy session fees
• Materials and resources fees
• Registration and administration fees
• Transportation fees (if applicable)

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the enrollment agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy. Generally:

• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Tuition refunds are prorated based on attendance
• Therapy sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice to be eligible for rescheduling or credit
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions without proper notice

All content on our website and within our educational materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works of, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

All educational materials, curricula, therapy plans, and assessment tools provided by Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center are for the exclusive use of enrolled students and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any other purpose without our express written permission.

When using our services and facilities, you agree to:

• Respect all staff, students, and other parents
• Follow all Autism Therapy Center policies and procedures
• Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of your child
• Notify us of absences in a timely manner
• Keep contact information up to date
• Participate constructively in your child's education plan

You may not:

• Disrupt educational activities or therapy sessions
• Use offensive or abusive language or behavior
• Share confidential information about other students or families
• Record videos or take photographs without permission
• Use our facilities for unauthorized purposes
• Damage Autism Therapy Center property

Violation of these conduct rules may result in termination of services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of student records and personal information in compliance with applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagacious Special Child Autism Therapy Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your agreement with us, you may simply discontinue using our services.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
